By accessing or using West African Pluse CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. User Account

When you sign in with Google or Meta (Facebook), we collect your name, email, and profile information to personalize your experience. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Use of Google APIs

West African Pluse CRM uses Google API services to access your contacts and display them within your dashboard. We request read-only access and do not store your Google Contacts. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Use of Meta (Facebook) APIs

West African Pluse CRM uses Meta (Facebook) APIs for authentication and CRM-related features. Data received from Meta APIs is handled in compliance with the Facebook Platform Policy and is not shared with third parties.

6. User Data

Any notes, reminders, or interactions you create within West African Pluse CRM are securely stored and linked to your user account. We do not store your contact list unless explicitly required and disclosed.

7. Free Trial

West African Pluse CRM offers a 15-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to, interfering with the Service, accessing it using a method other than the interface provided, or using it to violate any laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are investigating suspected misconduct. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, West African Pluse CRM disclaims all warranties, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes by posting an update on our website. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Nigeria.
